I would recommend using Yellow Dot for anyone having H.V.A.C. issues! The technicians new what they were doing, explain ed clearly and also explained options for preventative service. I'm extremely satisfied with the service and honestly that my Yellow Dot technician gave me.
Very friendly, professional, and helpful. I was the one home when technician came, fiance was at work, and I know nothing. He was very informative, and explained stuff to me so I could relay info to my fiance.
We had the privilege of Michael assisting us with our heater yesterday. He was the man on call and drove from Garner to Wake Forest. When he arrived at 8pm, not a single issue or complaint. In fact ours is a new system and he took the time to find the issue, fix it and continue to reinspect all aspects of the system. He left us feeling confident in Yellow Dot and His abilities. Had an issue and I received excellent service from Yellow Dot! Stephanie gave suggestions to fix on my own but it needed for a technician to come service. They were very upfront with what I would expect and pricing.
Michael came out to fix the issue and he was phenomenal. He made sure everything worked properly after fixing the issue. He also made sure I understood everything he was doing and why. Michael was professional and knowledgeable.

One of the techs, Gary came out yesterday and notified us of our own ignorance as new homeowners lol. The reason our unit wasn't working was bc we hadn't turned our own gas on!!! D'oh!
Gary was super nice, knowledgeable, informed us of what our next steps would be, and explained the maintenance agreement/VIP thingy so yeah, Gary was a great tech and Maureen in the office was also very courteous and informative!
I called out 4 companies for quotes on hvac replacement that were listed on Lennox's website as factory authorized dealer not only to sell these units but are also backed/certified by Lennox to perform any warranty/repair work should something go wrong. I highly recommend Mike Sawyer as their sales rep. This was actually company #4 that I called our for a walk through of my home to give me input and quote a recommended system. They were my "black sheep" so to speak and I had NO intentions of using them after 3 other companies reps had already been there. Long story short great company, local, well established and have been around forever so you know they will still be here when you need them again. . All of the staff is very down to earth and easy to deal with. They did not automatically try to sell me the most expensive system that they could offer nor try to unload a overstocked or already on hand and "has to go" system out of their warehouse. They are also not one of the large companies that only pushes sales #'s or has quotas from their distributors so they are not going to hound you and call every day asking if you are ready to sign a contract after they put in a bid. Install was a breeze, all workers were well mannered, very knowledgeable and very careful around the home, there was a supervisor on scene at least 2 times a day to check on things and perform quality control checks and once all was complete there was even a specific technician that came out to double check everything that was touched to ensure they met all local code requirements and quality control measures to manufacturer specification. This was a great experience and I highly recommend them to anyone needing fair and low stress service from an HVAC company.
