Yellow Dot was very responsive from start to finish. They answered my initial call quickly and scheduled an appointment for the next day. Technician was prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable—quickly solving the issue. On installation day, Jean and Jose took time to explain the air conditioning installation process and about how long it would take. They were right on time, installing the new unit, hauling off the old unit, and cleaning everything up. They were both excellent!

Just had a new system installed with them. From the estimate to the installation, it was a great experience. I highly recommend them. Had a second unit that has been installed by someone else and was under warranty with the other company stop working.
