Alberto Hernandez arrived on time and was efficient in his duties. He was very knowledgeable in explaining the function of the replacement part that my AC unit will need and how EPA changes next year will affect all HVAC installations/replacements. He was the only one of the three servicemen I've asked who had a solution to the issue of my furnace's condensation unit freezing when the temp was 7°...install a heated collection box. I'm very impressed with Alberto's knowledge and ability to communicate it so clearly.
