He was very knowledgeable in explaining the function of the replacement part that my AC unit will need and how EPA changes next year will affect all HVAC installations/replacements. He was the only one of the three servicemen I've asked who had a solution to the issue of my furnace's condensation unit freezing when the temp was 7°...install a heated collection box.
