We moved into a new house in May and recently realized that one of the upstairs rooms was staying warmer than the others. Contacted Yellow Dot as they did the installation. The technician Jamie went into the attic and found a damper in the air distribution box had been inadvertently closed during installation. He adjusted all damper positions to balance air flow in the 2nd floor rooms. So far, so good.
