I had a great experience with Amar and his team. Amar performed a thorough assessment of my faulty system and was extremely professional and courteous as he walked me through my options for repair. He was very knowledgeable and genuine (no pushy sales pitch!!) With his help, I was able to make an informed decision and opted to replace my whole HVAC system. They worked diligently and did a fantastic job installing the new equipment within 24 hours of my initial call. I am very pleased and highly recommend their services!

He was right on time (and texted me to let me know he was on the way), performed the necessary checks to confirm that my heating unit was working correctly, and made some suggestions to improve the unit further (a filter unit and a surge protector, which I’ll implement at a later date). I appreciate Aaron’s friendly manner and capable service.

November 26, 2024 Our T-Stat showed alert codes and shut our system down. When I called, Alex was very helpful in setting up an appointment in a reasonable timeframe. Jordan Jenkins arrived today; when he was told the codes, he knew exactly what the issue was. Jordan took care of the problem, cleaning the air cleaner filters, did a diagnosis on the system, and we are good to go. Thanks again Yellow Dot. June 7, 2024 Just had our semi-annual inspection, Ian Nunes did a fantastic job doing the service. He found one small issue with a wire and addressed it immediately. Ian was prompt, courteous, personable, and informative. Again, whatever you’re doing Yellow Dot, keep up the good work. 11/22/2023: It was time for semi-annual maintenance service, and once again Omar Melegy did an outstanding job servicing our HVAC units. He was prompt, courteous, attentive, and personable. Whatever you’re doing Yellow Dot, keep up the good work. July 2023 I want to recognize Omar Melegy for being prompt, professional, respectful, and personable. On July 12th, our HVAC unit wasn’t keeping us cool, the T-Stat kept shutting the unit off intermittently. I called at 0700 and spoke to Shannon who took the information and said she would forward it to dispatch. At 0900 Sheeka (sp?) called and told me we were set up for from 2:00-5:00 for service. Omar arrived before 3:00pm; I gave him the information regarding our issues. I found him to be listening intently and sympathetically. He responded professionally and was knowledgeable on our system; he went straight to work on diagnosing the problem. By 4:30, the problem was diagnosed and corrected; our system was putting out cold air once again. Thank you Omar, you deserve a free lunch.
