Our gas heat stopped working this morning. The heating and cooling company we'd been using at our previous house, and this one, was unreachable. So, since Yellow Dot had installed our system when it was built, I called them. The CSR promised arrival of the maintenance guys between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. Arrival was earlier than 11 a.m. They fixed the problem (condensate water line was frozen) with our gas heat quickly, and answered all my questions with clear answers.
