Stephen came out to assess our HVAC systems as part of the Duke Energy rebate program, and he was thorough, thoughtful, and incredibly knowledgeable. I’ve had four different HVAC companies evaluate our systems, and of all the reports I received, Stephen’s was delivered in the most straightforward, professional, and honest way. I especially appreciate his willingness to listen to and answer my questions—even the very basic ones about HVAC systems.
I also had a great experience with Aaron, the technician who came out to assess and diagnose the problems with our systems. He was equally thoughtful, thorough, and honest. After several inspections from different companies, his evaluation stood out as especially genuine.

My thermostat had a glitch (Feels Like Temp was blank). I reset it by removing the box from the wall plate, then noticed my return vents were disabled. I made an appointment online Sunday and was happy to have fast response. Jacob Polka came to assess my system on Monday morning. He did a thorough inspection of the heating and AC units and recommended an upgrade to a new floatation device. It’s unclear why I got the “blank” reading on my thermostat, but a gas leak was discovered at the meter. Jacob replaced/repaired that promptly. Jeremy came to revive the pilot light on my hot water heater. Both men were very informative and professional.
